ACUERE TALENT
About Acuere Talent

A staffing firm built on the Space Coast for the people who build and launch things.

Acuere Talent is a U.S. recruiting firm for contractor placements and direct hire — engineers, technicians, safety professionals, operations and executive leaders — headquartered on Florida's Space Coast and recruiting nationwide. Employers pay no fee unless they hire; candidates never pay, and placed candidates who relocate get help with the move.

Why Acuere exists

Launch activity on Florida’s Space Coast keeps climbing, and every new pad, factory and payload facility needs people who can work to a procedure on day one. Those people are hard to find, and the best of them are often in another state or about to leave the military.

Tyler Stephens started Acuere Talent to close that gap: find the right engineers, technicians and leaders here and nationwide, screen them the way a hiring manager would, and make the move easy so they show up and stay.
