An engineer, technician, safety pro or leader — veterans and cleared folks especially. Paid once we place them and they’ve been in the job 90 days.

Refer a company that’s hiring
Heard a team is short-handed? Paid once they hire through us and pay the first invoice.
The fine print
- First introduction wins. If they’re already in our network or already talking to us, it isn’t eligible.
- No self-referrals, and no bonus for steering hiring at a company where you make or influence hiring decisions.
- One bonus per placement. Paid by Zelle, ACH or check within 14 days of being earned.
- Bonuses are income. If you earn $2,000 or more from us in a year, we’ll ask for a W-9 and send a 1099.
- We tell the person you referred that you suggested it — say so in the notes if you’d rather we didn’t.
- We may change or end the program; referrals already submitted keep the terms they were made under.
