The opportunity This role functions as a primary strategic advisor to executive and corporate leadership, providing the analytical rigor necessary to guide major commercial real estate initiatives. The mandate involves elevating the quality of financial insights to support high-level decision-making regarding asset value and portfolio strategy. What this leader will own The successful candidate will direct a specialized team responsible for the underwriting of significant lease transactions and the assessment of tenant creditworthiness. This includes managing the end-to-end production of deliverables for the Investment Committee and providing sophisticated modeling and valuation analysis to inform capital allocation.
